By accessing or using the Loot Ledger website, web application, or integrations, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Description of Service
Loot Ledger provides cloud-based tools for video game inventory and collection management, including optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal authority to connect third-party platforms and data
- Complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access tokens
4. Third-Party Integrations
Loot Ledger accesses third-party data only as authorized by you. Loot Ledger is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes of third-party platforms or APIs.
5. Data Ownership & Use
Ownership of merchant and customer data remains with the merchant. Loot Ledger processes data solely to provide the service in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
6. Free Service
Loot Ledger is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. Termination
You may stop using Loot Ledger at any time by disconnecting integrations or uninstalling the application. Data handling upon termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Loot Ledger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loot Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to use of the service.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
